Pay & how it works

Pay (Bartender): Base hourly pay ranges $7.25–$39 / hour (USD) — good-faith estimate. Pay (Partner / Manager): Base hourly pay ranges $7.25–$52 / hour (USD) — good-faith estimate. Managers may also be eligible for revenue-share payouts (payouts start at $25.00 per job).

How compensation is shown: Actual base pay varies by state and by event. Some bookings include a mandatory service charge (shared with staff) or a pre-paid gratuity; other bookings rely primarily on cash/Venmo tips. Pre-paid gratuity is collected from the client at booking and processed through payroll — staff receive the pre-grat on the next regular paycheck. The app and every job posting will show the full payout breakdown for each shift (base + service charge/pre-gratuity + expected tip guidance) before you accept — no surprises.

Wage protections & equipment: We comply with all applicable state minimum-wage laws. Equipment costs, deposits, or fees are handled separately and will never be deducted from wages in a way that reduces pay below the applicable legal minimum. If a refundable equipment deposit is required (Partner/Manager kit rental option), full terms and refund conditions will be provided in writing before any payment is collected.

Perks / benefits (short): Flexible scheduling, paid hourly, training provided, safe work environment. Additional location-specific perks or benefits may apply for qualifying team members.
