Job Title: Server/Wait Staff

Job Description:

We are seeking professional and experienced servers/wait staff to join our catering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients during events, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties.

Responsibilities:

• Serving food and beverages
• Setting up and breaking down tables and chairs
• Maintaining a clean and organized service area
• Assisting with other tasks as needed, such as event setup and cleanup
• Bussing Tables- clearing tables and event area of any plates, trash, cups, etc.
• Take out trash from catering and at the bar
• Communicating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner
• Following all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a server or in a similar role
• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must have a valid food handler’s card
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items
• Must be able to pass a background check
